Delivery Policy

For all orders up to £20 there is a delivery charge of £1 but for all orders over £20 delivery is free (excluding protein tubs over 500g in weight).UK mainland only.

All large tubs (over 500g in weight) will be sent out by royal mail tracking at a cost of £2.95. Free delivery on all orders for tubs over £50. (UK mainland only)

All orders for Europe and Worldwide will be weighed and will be subject to Royal Mail shipping prices dependant on the country of destination. Due to weight restrictions we may have to send out large orders in more than one parcel.

Where ever possible orders are despatched the same day, except for those placed at weekends and bank holidays which will be despatched on the next working day, subject to the item being in stock at the time of order.

Orders for the large protein tubs will be sent out by Royal Mail tracking which takes approx 3 days. With this service we can instruct the postman to leave the items in a “safe place” specified by you so you do not have to stay in for the delivery.

All smaller parcels will be sent out by Royal Mail first class postage and should arrive in approx 1-2 days.
